Unfortunately El Dorado 2024 will not be going ahead. Please read the full statement above.

Whilst the immediate future of El Dorado is uncertain, we will be doing everything we can to ensure the festival returns in 2025 and beyond.

We appreciate you wanting to commit yourself to 2025 already. However, from experience we know that individual plans and circumstances can change over the course of over a year and we therefore want to ensure that everyone in our community can receive their refund now. Rest assured you will be the first to have access to El Dorado tickets when they go back on sale.

All ticket providers will automatically process refunds, you do not need to take any action. The only exception is for those who purchased their ticket via Klarna on the El Dorado website, action may be required in this scenario as explained below.

Klarna allows refunds to be processed within 180 days of the initial charge of an order. If 180 days have passed from the date of the initial charge, then it's no longer possible to refund directly through Klarna. If you used Klarna as your payment method and the 180-day refund policy has passed, please reach out to us directly to request your refund on support@eldoradofestival.com

Each ticket outlet have their own timeline for when you will receive your refund. They are as follows:

  • Easol (The El Dorado Website): 14-21 working days
  • Tickets For Good: up to 30 days
  • Tixel: up to 7 working days
  • Fixr: up to 10 working days 
  • Skiddle: up to 10 working days 
  • Sunshine Radio: up to 10 working days 
  • Big Green Coach: up to 10 working days

These processing times occur from the date of cancellation on Tuesday 21st May 2024. If you have not received your refund after these respective deadlines then please contact the ticket provider directly.

Unfortunately the booking fee is non-refundable. This is a fixed cost from ticket companies to provide the service and cover merchant and transaction fees.


Please note that the booking fees for Payment Plan tickets are set at a fixed price that is split incrementally over each instalment of your plan. If you have any outstanding instalments of your payment plan, the remaining total of the fixed booking fee will be deducted from your refund of the payments already made.

Yes. All boutique camping packages will be refunded.

Yes. All travel extras which were purchased on the El Dorado website including car parking passes, Live-in vehicle tickets and shuttle bus tickets will be refunded at face value. 


Weekend Camping tickets, Day tickets, Boutique packages and Big Green Coach tickets will be refunded at face value in accordance with the timelines for each ticket outlet outlined earlier in the FAQs. 


Car park passes, shuttle bus passes and live-in vehicles will be refunded by the end of July.


Yes, all coach ticket purchases purchased from the Big Green Coach website will be refunded automatically within up to 10 working days.

Yes, this will be refunded in the same manner as General Admission tickets minus the booking fee that is non-refundable.

No, all complimentary, gifted and/or competition tickets in circulation hold no cash value as explained in the ticketing T&Cs.

No, this will not be possible as your ticket is already cancelled, as per our payment plan ticket terms and conditions.
