El Dorado Festival

It is with heavy hearts we announce that El Dorado will no longer be taking place this year and will return on 1st - 4th July 2021. 

Our team has been monitoring the government safety measures since the outbreak occurred to assess the impact on the festival in July. Where we were initially hopeful, it’s become clear over the past few weeks that even with certain measures easing, it would not be possible to safely produce the show. The health and safety of you all, our crew, partners and local community is of the utmost importance to us.

This has been one of the hardest and most challenging decisions we’ve ever had to make as a team and we know it affects so many of you, as well as the wider festival industry from our suppliers, traders, artists, performers and crew. We ask, those who can, to please join us next year for an unforgettable show.  

All tickets, extras and boutique packages will be automatically transferred to 2021. We are working closely with all our artists and performers to transfer as much of the 2020 line up and experience to the new date as possible. 

For every ticket carried over, we will donate £5 across the Wye Valley NHS Trust and St Michael’s Hospice in the Herefordshire area to support the incredible and essential work they are doing on the front line during these uncertain times.

If you are unable to join us on the new dates, you will be able to arrange a refund from refunds@eldoradofestival.com. These must be submitted by Friday 15th May 2020. For any boutique, spa and travel packages booked, please contact the supplier you purchased from directly for further information. All contact details can be found within our FAQs on our website.

Thank you all so much for your ongoing support and incredible messages of kindness. Your reaction and love shown for the festival and our team has been overwhelming. We are so grateful to have so many wonderful people on this journey with us and we hope you will join us once again helping to ensure that El Dorado can return next year. There is one hell of a party waiting for you!

Due to the outbreak of Covid 19, El Dorado will no longer take place in 2020 and will return to Eastnor Castle Deer Park, over 1st-4th July 2021.

Yes. All tickets, extras, travel, boutique and spa packages for the 2020 festival have automatically been transferred to the 2021 dates.

Yes. All boutique packages and spa packages have been automatically transferred to the new 2021 date.

We are working closely with all our artists and performers to transfer as much of the 2020 line up and experience to the new date as possible.

If you are sadly unable to make the new dates, you can arrange a refund from refunds@eldoradofestival.com up to and including Friday 15th May 2020.

We’re sorry to hear you can’t make the new dates. Please contact the boutique supplier you booked from directly for further information, our boutique partners are: Hotel Bell Tent, Woodville​, Vintents and Green Yurts. For Calm Springs spa packages, please contact Kernow Springs.

We’re sorry to hear you can’t make the new dates, if you bought your coach ticket through Ticket Arena/Event Genius (i.e. direct through our website) this will be refundable through our ticket refund form, please email refunds@eldoradofestival.com to receive this form. If you booked your coach ticket direct through ‘Big Green Coach’ they will be emailing all their customers directly with next steps.

Nothing changes, the payment schedule will continue over the next 5 weeks and you will need to complete the 1 -2 remaining instalments you have left to pay. Your ticket will then be valid for El Dorado 2021.

If you booked through the El Dorado website or from an Official El Dorado Ambassador, your ticket outlet is Ticket Arena. If not, you will have either booked through Festicket, Skiddle, Resident Advisor, Dice, Pollen, Verve or Big Green Coach.

All refund requests are to be submitted by Friday 15th May 2020 via email to refunds@eldoradofestival.com You will then receive a form that must be completed by the same day.
