Having established himself as an in-demand young jazz saxophonist, London-based Quinn Oulton’s home-brewed DIY approach now sees him singing, producing and recording all instruments in his unique blend of jazz, hip-hop and funk. He brings his distinctive songwriting concoctions to life alongside his explosive powerhouse of a band.
His live performances are quickly gaining popularity with their cathartic sense of spontaneity and energy, whilst capturing the honesty and intimacy reflected through his writing.
The recognition earned from his self-released, eponymous first album saw him taking part in the renowned Red Bull Music Academy 2018 – where his range of influences were stretched further, working with the likes of legendary hip-hop producer Just Blaze,
and industry leading string arranger Larry Gold (Justin Timberlake, Kanye West).
He is currently gearing up towards the release of an EP in early 2020.
